What will you do?

Santam has a career opportunity available for a Receptionist who will be based at Santam Head Office in Bellville. The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and receiving visitors and directing queries to the relevant resource.

What will make you successful in this role?


  • Welcoming and receiving visitors and directing queries to the appropriate resource.
  • Maintaining a professional and orderly in front of the house.
  • Co-ordinating meeting and training room bookings. 
  • Directing visitors to meeting and training rooms as required.
  • Manage the visitors’ lounge area.
  • Manage the equipment in the meeting rooms.
  • Assistance with access control.


  • Matric/ Grade 12
  • Experience of reception/customer service


  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • MS Office –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Professional conduct
