Brand strategy:

  • Drive the Brand delivery strategy
  • Support and perform Operational Reviews, Workshops and Regional Roadshows from time to time
  • Implementation of Group Operations Services project related initiatives


  • Identify and communicate formal training needs to the Training Support Manager with Group Operations Services
  • Build Brand specific capability within each of the regions

Develop operational systems and processes:

  • Support regional operations teams by providing Brand specific systems, processes and supporting documents
  • Drive continuous improvement of:
  • All Brand specific IP (Ops Manuals, Supporting Documents)
  • Design and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Brand Formats, DCFs and business models
  • Regional communication and assimilation of skills


  • Collaborate with several areas of the business to drive innovation in the following areas:
  • Franchisee profitability
  • Equipment innovation
  • Brand strategy
  • Product Development (packaging new product innovation for implementation)

Education and Experience

  • Minimum Matric, preferably related tertiary food service qualification


  • Able to manage high levels of stress effectively
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
